Used Omar’s company for painting and other repairs and was very satisfied with the quality of his work. He was meticulous and protected the rest of the house from dust and dirt. He changed the plastic drop cloth every night and replaced with new ones. I would highly recommend him and use his services again

Omar’s team is great just had them redo our bathroom, put a beam in our living room, New mantel on our fireplace, install new front screen door and front door, and install new washer and dryer I would highly recommend Omar and his team for any type of work you need done

Omar and his company, Old World Bo Corp, have completed several incredible projects at my house. They painted the entire interior and installed crown molding, sanded and re-stained all wood floors and my kitchen cabinets, completely renovated my basement, added a gorgeous deck to the outside along with beautiful paving stones and a fire-pit. I have recommended him to many of my friends who have also been extremely pleased with his work. He will be renovating my bathroom in the near future. He does outstanding work and is extremely meticulous.

From this viewpoint, Old World’s attention to detail is on display. Whereas it would have been ‘easier’ to do a flat piece of wood on the end, Omar took the time to do a beautiful paneled detail so it’s as beautiful from the dining room as it is from the living room. Once again, perfection (as usual)!
Omar, his crew, and everyone he brings in (electrician, stone guy, etc.) are professional, respectful, and treat your home like it’s their own. Everything that Old World does is impeccably perfect, from the first day to the last of every job. This piece is truly spectacular and makes the living/dining room special in a typical split. We recommend Omar for anything and everything!

Omar and his brother did magnificent carpentry, moldings, and a beautiful paint job in my Queens coop apartment. Totally trustworthy and cooperative. Best paint job I ever had.

After having a dormer done on my house Omar came very highly recommended to repaint my entire house. I am so happy he was because he did an exceptional job. From protecting floors and my other belongings to the exceptional paint job. He was well priced and well worth the cost. He also installed a runner for us and other minor tasks. He is also a wealth of knowledge on paint colors and other construction needs. I have already recommended him to other people and will continue to recommend him in the future. No need to look for other painters, Omar and his crew are it for me. Couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Thanks again Omar.

Omar did an exceptional job on my front porch remodel . He was extremely patient and knowledgeable as he walked me through the design process. Omar and his crew completed the job within the assigned timeline and the finished porch exceeded our exceptions. We are looking forward to having Omar complete more jobs for us in the future. “What a fantastic job”. Omar from Old World BO Corp painted our home, consisting of seven rooms and we are very, very pleased with his work. He is a professional who took pride in his work, ensuring that we were satisfied at each step of the project. Working with his brother, he made several construction improvements, such as installing a “pocket door” in the guest room, tearing down two walls for access, you would think the door was there when the house was built.! ! They always left it clean at the end of each day, they were quick, efficient and finished ahead of time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OMAR AND HIS TEAM. Thank You. ! !

Old World construction did a phenomenal job painting and detailing numerous rooms in my family’s new home. The owner Omar and his crew were very professional. The customers always come first and Old World proved that and more. They are a well oiled machine. My family and I strongly recommend Old World Construction for any Home improvement job.

We just had our house elevated, post Superstorm Sandy. The damage to our walls and ceilings, due to the lifting, was extensive. We expected that the repairs and paint for the entire house was going to be a long drawn out campaign. Thankfully, it was not. In fact, the work done was fast, clean, and of the highest quality. Household members came up with last minute additional requests for color changes and other repair work. Omar did not bat an eye, and every additional need was satisfied within 24 hours. We expected to come home to a mess to clean up. We were utterly astonished at the condition our house was left in. It is very rare that a service provider meets, let alone exceeds your expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10 Omar and his team are a 12+. I would not consider using any other firm for my home improvement needs.

Omar and his team did a fantastic job painting our home. We had several rooms all with intricate molding and it came out beautiful! Omar was extremely professional and fantastic to work with. He took great pride in his work and it truly shows! We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Omar and his team painted my house after construction last year. Had him come back to paint again since we had a little more work done and some dings and dents from the kids. Omar came quickly with his team and completed all work that we needed done. Omar and his team are friendly and do great work. If I ever need more work done, he will be the first person I call. I would also recommend him to everyone I know as you dont get this kind of service from many people these days. His team does not just do painting but a wide variety of services. Thanks for everything Omar.

We recently hired Omar to paint three rooms and skim coat two ceilings that were in sad shape. He did great work and was reasonable. I can’t believe how good the results were. I would not hesitate to recommend Omar.

Omar and his crew did an amazing job transforming my 21 year old kitchen & dining room into a beautiful space that I can proudly shown off! They showed up early every day and worked tirelessly until late afternoon. They are true craftsmen who take great pride in their work. Omar and his team are the best in the business! Reasonably priced, truthful (very important in this day and age!), meticulously clean and professional. We used Omar a few years ago when we first moved out to Long Island as we made a lot of changes to our house – and we always call him first for any projects that might come up. We just used him to install hi-hats, electrical work, and adding a drop ceiling to our basement (there was no drop ceiling – he had to frame it, etc.) He and his team are great to work with and they really keep to the timeframes that they set when taking a project on.
We have recommended him to friends and relatives and everyone is happy with his work. If you want a project done professionally and on time with truthful cost estimates , contact Omar! He’s the best and we will continue to use him for all of our projects in the future.

Omar and his team did work on my home recently. They sanded two of my bedroom floors and stained them. The floors look absolutely beautiful now! They also painted both bedrooms and did a fantastic job in doing so. With the newly painted rooms and stained floors, it has enhanced both rooms. Omar also did Masonary work by adding Belgian blocks along the border of my home. Omar and his men are professional workers and very courteous.They are hard-working men and never leave a job until they are satisfied with it it is done correctly. I have other jobs to be done around my house also and Omar will be the man I will call to do it.

After viewing first hand all the work Omar and his men did on my sister’s house, I knew I wanted Omar to do the cement work on my own home. Omar did not disappoint. My backyard patio and basement entrance look beautiful. He was also able to install a sprinkler system in my backyard and install the railings around the basement and the entrance to my home. His men arrived on time every day. The are knowledgeable, hard working and polite.
I have other home improvement projects planned for the future and I will be calling Omar to do the work.

Omar and his team did a beautiful job on painting the interior of our home.
He started on time and finished the job exactly on schedule. He is an extremely hard working man. He answered my phone calls every time I had a question. My husband and I are so very pleased with his work. We will refer him to family and friends.

Omar did a beautiful job in so many areas of our home. He painted several rooms that required spackling repairs. He painted all of the window trim, molding, closet doors and bedroom doors. He sanded and stained our stairway that leads to the second story. He was able to exactly match the stain of the stairs to the existing wood floors.
Omar started on time everyday and exhibited an excellent work ethic.
We highly recommend Old World for all of your home improvement needs.

Omar and his team were very professional, courteous, and willing to please. They worked very diligently and finished the job when promised. Each day they were there on time. The clean up was quite thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate having work done again by this company.

Omar and his crew refinished my floors , walls, installed ceiling fans, put in lights, and much more. Omar listens to what we asked to be done and was able to do or suggest something better. There is nothing that Omar and his crew can not do. We are very happy with the way the job turned out and plan to have Omar come back to do more work in the future.

He really listened to what we wanted and the final outcome was exactly my vision( a bathroom that looked the period of our 1885 house). He even built a custom radiator cover and a linen cabinet with panel doors (just what I asked for). Omar takes alot of pride in his work and it shows. This is my house. Omar and his crew were awesome. Very professional, respectful, hard working down to earth guys. There was a lot of sanding with the floor and the banisters and when they were down not one once of dust or dirt.
Very very clean. Plus Omar is very honest and true to his word. He really is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thanks again Omar. We love our floor and banister.

@omarcontractor and his guys were able to fix many troublesome areas on our hardwood floors. They were all timely, courteous and professional throughout the entire job. We love the way our floors came out and would highly recommend!!!

Omar did an unbelievable job refinishing my basement! He ripped up old stained rugs and tore down warped paneling. He put up new sheetrock, painted, and installed new windows and crown moulding. This room is now an often used den adding great living space to my home. Thank you, Omar, for a job well done!!

Omar is not professional. He just wanted the money. I have been asking him for months to come back for a problem that was created by his work and he has been ignoring my phone calls. The one time I did speak to him, he said “i held Up my end of the deal”.
In my eyes that’s poor customer service as well as shady and unprofessional.
All he seems to care about is how he can make the most money. The reason I say this is because instead of taking time to complete my house, he rushed to make sure he completed “a half of million dollar job in the Hamptons”

Do not use this guy. He is completely disrespectful to women. He rushed a job and now he won’t respond to come back and fix it, no matter how many times we call. He would ask for the full amount on the job before the job was even finished and picked jobs that were giving him more money over my job. He says his work is his advertisement, but now after paying him i have To pay someone else to fix his mistakes

In todays society homeowners read about dishonest “renovation companies” who either don’t come back after you give them a down payment or leave the job unfinished! With Omar you will never encounter those scams. He and his workers are punctual, honest, neat and truly want their customers to be pleased. They are super craftsmen who do amazing detailed work second to none. No job is too small or big. When you sign with Omar he will be one of the craftsmen or visit daily. I can’t say enough about his desire to please his customers. He does not actively advertise as he gets continuous jobs by referrals which speaks for itself. John & Nancy Islip NY
